Persimmon

I think I'm kind of in love with this place at 157 Hudson in Tribeca, NY. I'm not usually a huge fan of super modern/minimalism but I love the wide open spaces and the white walls. And that gorgeous persimmon color cabinetry. Divine. You would never expect this from the outside of the building. And even better, a secret entrance on the back side on Laight street. Adore it! Asking is nearly $2.4 million. Not too shabby for 2700 sq. feet in the city! I hope it finds a lovely owner : )
