Ok now I know I usually post fashion - related or shoe - related items on here but this rental in Gramercy is absolutely to die for. On 5th Ave. near 34th St. and with hard wood floors that are drool-worthy. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the floor-to-ceiling windows are immaculate. I would kill for this! 10 ft ceilings, health club, pool, sauna, yoga & aerobics facility, terrace, lounge with fire place, and a screening room? Hello?! 1489 sq. feet and $8700 a month. Not too bad if you ask me!!
