Just One More!

Ok now I know I usually post fashion - related or shoe - related items on here but this rental in Gramercy is absolutely to die for. On 5th Ave. near 34th St. and with hard wood floors that are drool-worthy. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the floor-to-ceiling windows are immaculate. I would kill for this! 10 ft ceilings, health club, pool, sauna, yoga & aerobics facility, terrace, lounge with fire place, and a screening room? Hello?! 1489 sq. feet and $8700 a month. Not too bad if you ask me!!

Persimmon

I think I'm kind of in love with this place at 157 Hudson in Tribeca, NY. I'm not usually a huge fan of super modern/minimalism but I love the wide open spaces and the white walls. And that gorgeous persimmon color cabinetry. Divine. You would never expect this from the outside of the building. And even better, a secret entrance on the back side on Laight street. Adore it! Asking is nearly $2.4 million. Not too shabby for 2700 sq. feet in the city! I hope it finds a lovely owner : )

Floorplan Porn

NYC Co-op: 812 Fifth Avenue
Um.... in the words of Carrie Bradshaw via Sex and the City the Movie: "Hello.......I live here!"
Yes, I think I'll call this Heaven on Fifth
Let the drooling commence...

Loft Lust

I am absolutely swooning over this loft!! How gorgeous are those hard wood floors and the exposed brick? I'm pretty sure I would give anything for that living room and the beautiful bedroom....ugh lusting can be painful

Thanks to Desire to Inspire for always finding inspiring places to drool over (though it could be considered cruel and unusual punishment!)

Yet another reason

To move to England. And how awesome are the Union Jack pillows? And that loft upstairs? LOVE it. Ugh. I need a swoon-worthy boy to buy me this house : )

Home Sweet Home

I am in love with the simple lines and neutral color palettes of these rooms. So easy and comfortable yet stylish and sophisticated. How fantastic is that large headboard? A dominant feature but not overbearing at all. And the floating shelving unit in the 2nd photo? To die for!

Thanks to Desire to Inspire for introducing me to Jeffrey King Interiors!
