Fall 2009 Ad Campaign Time Continued!

Ok, back to some fashion! I love fall ad campaign time and simply cannot wait for my September issues to see these first hand. So...here we go!
Jennifer Connelly for Balenciaga. Now I'm sure we all know that she has been the muse for quite some time. Refinery29 deemed this "most awkward pose" but I actually kind of like it. Granted, I'm sure she is incredibly uncomfortable but I love the expression on her face and of course, the to-die-for clothes.

Who doesn't love to see models go a bit insane? Chaos at its most fashionable.

Could the supermodels of the 90s be making better comebacks this season? Christy for YSl, Linda for Galliano! I love this "Best American Girl in Paris" photo. She still looks as stunning as ever.

In true Jil Sander style, gorgeous minimalism for the fall campaign. I love the fin look on the back of the dress and love the halo effect of her dress against the black. Gorgeous.

Classic. Sultry. And beautiful clothes. Check out that killer necklace!

Love, love, LOVE the hair in these photos!! The wildness of the hair and the scenery against the gorgeous Mulberry bags is epic. That is one fierce look!

Oh Miu Miu. I love how the pieces are the main focus, rather than the girl in them {though she is STUNNING}. And that clutch? YES, PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

"Eating greens is a special treat, It makes long ears and great big feet. But it sure is awful stuff to eat."

This is why I love Stella so damn much. She is such a flippin' creative genius! This is Stella McCartney's Fall 2009 ad campaign set to hit magazines in September. She is a huge Bambi fan and apparently the film reminds her of her "mum." I simply love the contrast of her gorgeous pieces with the classic Disney animation. I mean, who doesn't love Thumper and Bambi?!

Fall 2009 Ad Campaign Time!

So, many of the fall ad campaign photos have been released. Some are fantastic, some are just okay. What do you lovelies think?!
The oh-so-gorgeous Christy Turlington returning as the star of YSL's Fall Campaign. How beautiful is she?!

Pringle of Scotland. Kind of loving the "old granny can't keep her stockings up" look. Absolutely adore their fall collection.

Um. Hi. Madonna, meet Photoshop. Photoshop, meet Madonna. I mean, I love the futuristic vibe of this photo but did she even model for this?! I mean really....

DSquared. How rock and roll is this?! I wish I could be that chick! What a bad ass!

Ok. Now, don't get me wrong. I will forever be an adoring fan of Chloe. The fall collection is absolutely stunning and I would kill to own each and every piece. As gorgeous as the clothes look {as well as the girls}, I think it's kind of bland....is it just me? I know that is Chloe's aesthetic as of late {which I really do love} but this just isn't wowing me I guess.

Again with the fields! I love this old school, kind of Victorian take but the field is just kind of bland. But, {and I'm assuming this is the point} the silhouettes of the girls and the pieces do stand out. I would love to work this long skirt, tweedy jacket, and hat look on a lovely autumn afternoon.

Cesare Paciotti. Kind of controversial for some hot shoes huh?! But I'm liking the intense color saturation and the deep hues. And I really do want those killer stilettos.

Graeme Black

Gotta love a man with an accent...and a Scottish accent is even more swoon-worthy. Meet Graeme Black - Scottish designer who just picked up the Designer of the Year award from the Scottish Fashion Awards this past weekend. His AW 09 RTW line was absolutely fantastic! I'm thinking I need one of those fabulous party dresses for something equally fabulous {perhaps the unemployment office?!} He also has some amazing knitwear pieces in the collection and some beautiful coats.

Style.com Fall 2009 Accessories Guide

So Style.com has put out an accessory guide to Fall 2009 collections. There are over 500 picks and I have chosen just a few to get started. I might consider breaking this up into multiple days and showing off some more AMAZING and TO DIE FOR pieces....oh to be wealthy ; )
Anna Sui Leather Messenger Bag
{the tassel and metallic detail are fantastic. Just the bag I've been looking for}
Balenciaga Suede Sandal
{Can we say SEXY?! Tough and sensual all at the same time!}
Balenciaga Suede Cage Bootie with Sash
{The sash just makes it spectacular, don't you think?}
Bottega Veneta Truffle Karung Bag
{The detail on this bag is stupendous! I would literally kill for this bag}
Bruno Frisoni Heel with Fan Detail
{The fan just makes this so much cooler! And in magenta? Yes, I'll take one pair please}
Chanel Camelia Headband
{Such a glamourous way to wear a headband. Absolutely gorgeous}
Chanel Ring Heel
{An interesting twist to a classically shaped shoe. Chanel and Prada always have the most interesting heel detail}
Chloe Lace Up Suede and Leather Boot
{An awesome dressed up boot for fall. Love what this was paired with on the runway...}
Christian Louboutin Double Platform Bootie
{The always beautiful hidden platform. And in classic CL ankle booties. Love this!}
Christian Louboutin Rabbit Fur Clutch
{I am still so conflicted on how I feel about fur for fashion. However can't you just imagine the feel of this? And look at the clasp detail! Two classic CL pumps! How fantastic!}

Coach Motorcycle Boot
{Now, I'm usually not a fan of Coach (a little boring and overrated if you ask me, actually!) but these boots are quite fantastic. I love the buckle detail and the chunky heel. Funky but not so funky they can't be worn often!}

More accessories here {however I think I will be sharing more this week!}

Neck Muffs Are In

Peter Som Pre-Fall 2009 RTW

I absolutely adore these neck muffs! So cute and bright! I love the contrast of the pink and black and the coordination of the green and the print. I wish I were tall enough to pull these off!
