Gotta love a man with an accent...and a Scottish accent is even more swoon-worthy. Meet Graeme Black - Scottish designer who just picked up the Designer of the Year award from the Scottish Fashion Awards this past weekend. His AW 09 RTW line was absolutely fantastic! I'm thinking I need one of those fabulous party dresses for something equally fabulous {perhaps the unemployment office?!} He also has some amazing knitwear pieces in the collection and some beautiful coats.
